Service Description

Course date: 13 Sep - 18 Sep 2022 Level 2: Developing the Inner Witness (with no GP referral: $360 out-of-pocket (OOP) for 6 weeks of 1-1.5hr classes. See Bookings section for further information). For those who would like to realise mindfulness benefits beyond relaxation (please see entry criteria under Courses). Here, we focus on building your mindful resilience in dealing with emotions & pain, as well as enhancing your emotional intelligence, empathy and your ability to make decisions, communicate & lead in a world of ambiguity.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our course demand and Dr. Walsh's patients' needs, our cancellation policy is: 100% refund if you cancel 4 weeks prior to the first class of your course; 50% refund if you cancel 2 weeks prior to the first class of your course; and no refund can be given within 2 weeks of the first class of your course. All cancellations are to be made via writing or calling Dr. Walsh's room during Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (opening hours may change).
