How we can help?
We raise awareness for the understanding of mindfulness and help people to become more resilient, aware, positive and happier. We aim to achieve this through evidence based and practical resources, and training that is structured and tailored. This site is developed for beginners and those with standing practices.
We believe this is ever more important today, when we are experiencing more pressure, complex interactions and a “McMindfulness boom” that has spawned too many commercialised and “feel good”, but ineffective versions of mindfulness and meditation practices. About Dr. Chris Walsh

Dr. Walsh (MBBS, DPM, FAChAM) is one of the earliest mindfulness teachers in Australia since the 1980’s and a respected psychiatrist, who practices at the Melbourne Clinic and Epworth Hospitals, and provides clinical supervision to other mindfulness practitioners and teachers. He has also taught at Melbourne University. Dr Walsh has trained with leading Western mindfulness figures such as Jon Kabatt Zinn, Mark Williams, Kristin Neff and Daniel Siegal.
Find out more about our journey from an era when very little was known about mindfulness and meditation in Australia to today here.
